Some thoughts on finding your personal happiness;

  •  I am stronger for my mistakes, and happier because sadness taught me how to care for my inner world. In addition, happiness can be as simple as meeting an old friend after a long time and feeling that nothing has changed.
  • The best things in life are free: hugs, smiles, friends, kisses, family, sleep, love, laughter, and good memories
  • Today I refuse to stress myself out over things I cannot control or change.
  • One small positive thought when you wake-up can change how you feel for your entire day.

✨Practice for the week

  • When you wake up tomorrow, have a positive thought about your life, your day, or something you are looking forward to. It can be as simple as your favourite meal for dinner.
  • Let the thought sink deep within so it can sit there and radiate its happiness through your body all day.
  • Sense how you feel when you jump out of bed. Can you sustain that fresh feel throughout the day? Deep breathes and happy thoughts help.

Final reflection

Happiness is not something you buy – car, house, clothes. You create your own happiness with your thoughts. Deep breaths can help calm your body, allowing your positive, happy thoughts to rise.
